Nathan grew up in Western Oregon and moved to Montana in 2006 to attend law school. Nathan Fluter has over a decade of experience litigating complex civil matters. Nathan has litigated many insurance coverage disputes, employment, construction, personal injury, medical malpractice, foreclosure, and environmental regulatory matters in State and Federal Courts across Montana.
Nathan worked for an insurance defense firm before deciding to open a client centered firm. He has tried many cases to verdict including prosecuting criminal cases for Missoula County. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Science at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon in 2006. In 2009 he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana. Nathan has been practicing law in Missoula since 2009. Mr. Fluter is admitted in all State and Federal Courts in Montana.
